We guarantee fresheness and quality.If you are unhappy with a product return it in its original packaging with your proof of purchase and we will refund you provided the product has not been misused.

Please check the expiry date upon receiving your order.Food/perishables can not be returned once expired.
No expired stock will be taken back after delivery.
All other goods carry a 7 day money back guarantee on condition that it is in its original packaging and you have a proof of purchase not less than 7 days old.
 
There is an admin fee to process refunds. The admin fee on all refunds is R100.

All cash deposits will incur a cash deposit fee.
 
All deliveries work on a first com first serve basis.
Once schedules are full delivery fall into the next available cycle.
